The natural grain and wormholes that are exposed during the turning process are left to enhance the natural beauty of these one of a kind pieces. This did not come from China or a factory. No chemicals or stains were used, because it is sealed with beeswax and food grade mineral oil. Perfect for use with dry goods, cold, or moderately warm food. Wash with gently soap immediately after use. Apply beeswax/mineral oil when necessary.
